As a CSR (aka Teller) you will work within a team to interact with customers and provide superior customer service.
You will engage customers in conversations and assist them with their retail banking needs or refer them to Fortress colleagues who can help them.
You may also be assigned duties that require exceptional focus and math skills on time-sensitive deadlines.
Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and daily balancing.
Ask questions and interact with our customers to build relationships.
Accurately and efficiently process potentially complex transactions utilizing multiple systems while providing excellent customer service.
Engage customers in interactions, listening to them and their needs, and proactively helping them understand our products and services that meet their needs.
Understand and abide by policies, procedures, and regulations to minimize risk.
Requirements:

Experience:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
