We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties to ensure that our residents have a safe and comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of our properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs Respond promptly to maintenance requests from our residents Perform repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure that our properties are well-maintained Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed Assist with apartment turnovers as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or related field Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
