Responsibilities of this position include day-to-day financial transactions, performing accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing bank deposits, making monthly payments, invoicing clients, and completing purchase orders.
Ultimately, you will manage all financial accounts, handle client communications, and improve workflow processes.
Responsible for all bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to management Help manage all forms of financial accounts within the organization Answer questions from clients regarding client accounts and invoices Track mailings sent and money spent per client facility Make monthly payments to CPOs Prepare and make bank deposits Enter tenant checks into software system Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures Perform administrative and other tasks as needed Participate in monthly Team Meetings Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred A minimum of 1 year office experience Benefits(begin at 90 days) 401k with company match Select insurance coverage (dental, vision) Disability & Accident coverage PTO Paid holidays Schedule Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours/week, flexible schedule Starting Pay $18.
