Macomb, Illinois - Relocation Available
Targeting Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering
3
or more years working in a manufacturing setting
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
Lean Manufacturing & strong technology skills such as:
MSOffice, AutoCAD, Visio, EVSM, etc.
Key Responsibility: Provide direction & support to the plant in its Continuous Improvement efforts through the use of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement & team building.
Wonderful Variety includes but not limited to:
Facilitate Kaizen events throughout the plant - leading improvement teams
Implement & orchestrate a wide variety of improvement projects throughout the plant
Lean Manufacturing concepts
Create value stream maps
Utilize 5S Concepts as well as 3D
Utilize Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
Support the plant safety programs
Support the plant quality systems goals, improvement & productivity goals
