Targeting a Bachelors and Manufacturing Experience

Providing Engineering Support to Plant Production through continuous improvement of machinery
Providing Engineering Support to Plant Production through continuous improvement of processes
Oversee development & improvement of existing processes
Coordinate projects between Engineering, Manufacturing & Maintenance Staff
Knowledgeable on setup and operation of equipment
Develop & recommend improved quick-set procedures & fixtures
Develop methods & improved concepts to reduce set-up labor
Analyze, recommend & implement profit improvement programs
Analyze & improve material handling methods and use of equipment
Develop & establish production standards & accepted work measurement techniques
Recommend & implement safety programs
Apply statistical problem solving in manufacturing environment
Support plant quality systems goals
Experience with Heat Treat, Furnaces, Materials Science or Metallurgy required.
