Must be available to work all three shifts
Targeting a Bachelor's Degree in Business or an Engineering Technology discipline
PLUS 1 or more years working in a manufacturing setting supervising production employees
Wonderful Variety includes but not limited to:
Supervising Production Employees
Schedule Machines & Operations to meet production schedules
Insure an orderly flow of product
Prepare hourly manpower forecasts
Supervise the setup of equipment
Maintain machines, tools, equipment in proper working condition
Assess & coordinate training for new employees
Conduct safety awareness meetings
Investigate & solve any safety issues
