Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR Engineering Technology

years working in a Metal Working environment
Minimal Lean Manufacturing Experience
Experience with Furnaces, Nitriding/ Carburizing, & Automated Heat Treat Equipment
Metal Working and Heat Treat Experience Would be a WIN!
Wonderful Variety includes but not limited to:
Providing Engineering Support to Plant Production through continuous improvement of machinery and processes
Oversee development & improvement of existing processes
Coordinate projects between Engineering, Manufacturing & Maintenance Staff
Knowledgeable on setup and operation of equipment
Develop & recommend improved quick-set procedures & fixtures
Develop methods & improved concepts to reduce set-up labor
Analyze, recommend & implement profit improvement and safety programs
Analyze & improve material handling methods and use of equipment
Develop & establish production standards & accepted work measurement techniques
Apply statistical problem solving in manufacturing environment
Experience with Heat Treat, Furnaces, Materials Science or Metallurgy required.
