RN/LPN
Affinity Nursing is currently hiring for LPN's and RN's to perform in home healthcare assessments/visits. (Brief assessments, Long Term visits, and upon referrals Transitional Care Patients) Affinity nurses will be acting as advocates and teachers for these patients, therefore no hands on care is required. Each assessment will include on-line charting and communication with referral sources. Candidates must be well organized, efficient and able to work independently. All applicants are required to have previous home care experience or have been a nurse actively practicing for at least a year and a half. Applicants must have excellent computer and communication skills, and an acceptable job history. We must be able to contact and verify job and business references. If you are able to travel it can open up more opportunity for you. We offer excellent wages along with flexible hours. You must be able to pass screening and an interview prior to actual hire.
